I see Dave's Motors is selling the camera assembly for $679, however the inventory status is not clear. What I mean is that most of their items will either say 'In stock' or "Out of stock". This has no status at all.

My P2V+ just arrived today. Already went through four battery cycles. Lots of fun, but reading about all the failures after even a minor crash has me a bit paranoid.

Aside from a damaged/bent gimbal mount and hardware, does the ribbon cable fail/tear at the same spot for everyone? It would be interesting to see photos of the damaged cable - and maybe those of us who have not yet damaged theirs could reinforce that point (with hot glue or some other means)... Just thinking out loud.
