I'm using a phantom 2 with the H3-3D gimbal and a GoPro 3 Silver+

It seems that when I fly the phantom against heavy wind I get this distortion in the video. Not quite a jello effect, but scrolling lines across the screen. See this recent video at 43 seconds in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Napg9YLSwB4

Thoughts as to what's causing it or how it can be remedied?

Any advice is much appreciated!

Nick

It's the effect from the rolling shutter of a GoPro, add a ND filter and it will go away.

Thanks guys, good to know it's not something broken. Looking at photos of an ND filter on a gopro, I feel there's no way that would fit next to the gimbal fastener that wraps around the camera. I haven't even been able to get a basic lens protector to stay on for that reason.

Anyone here used one that fits?

I agree with the prop shadows and off topic but i wanted to add that you have a stunning area to film. No idea where it is but it looks amazing.
