video setting p4

hi all
can you help me please i need to set the video settings on my p4, and ive tried setting them but im no happy with them, i film in 1080p but i just cant seem to get it right, mind im a new to all this, any help (copy of someones settings might help) just to try.... thanks in advance

Hi corection mine on 1080 24 fps

what about saturation,contrast,brightness ? or do you leave all them alone
