Video Resolution settings

I set the resolution in the DJI Go app for 4k. Anytime I switch to the camera to take a picture within the DJI go App, the resolution in the video defaults back to 720.

Any suggestions?

Did you set it to 4K with everything turned on and connected? Many settings wont 'stick' until they are programmed into the bird.

Yes I did. I would be videoing something. Then take a pic and go back to the video and the resolution is back to 720
