Video/Picture are dull in color

Dose anyone have a link to maybe some discussion of how to get a truer color on pictures and videos or maybe just some advice on proper settings and such. I can usually edit my video / pictures on my computer to make them look more true to life. But,, just thought that maybe I'm overlooking something simple.
I've been struggling with this for some time. I have a P3A.

You can always switch your camera settings to VIVID if that is the look you are going for and don't want to do it in Post.

What are your camera settings?

I've basically just tried the different ISO settings. Mainly staying in the ISO 100. As I know the higher ISO is for lower light and or faster subjects.
I'm pretty much a fair weather kind of pilot. So,, it's normally sunny out when I fly.

I haven't looked around much in the settings. I'll see if I can find this setting and try it out.
