video out of focus

Hi, I'm having troubles with video lately.Sometimes the clips are fine and sometimes are out of focus.Here are two screenshot of the clips I filmed today,one in the morning and the other one in the afternoon.Both of them are taken with P3 and with ND8 and the temperature was about 40° fahrenheit.
