Video .mov not playing.?

Recently on my P4P+ my videos stopped playing. I’ve changed video cards, computers, reset factory defaults. The old videos play and I can see the cashed video snips on the + screen.
Im also not able to connect the phantom to the usb to check for updates on dji assistant.

The photos still come through great.

I’ve use the online support before and they didn’t seem very knowledgeable.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Are they all .mov or are some .mp4 and others .mov?

What program are they not playing in?
Have you tried another player program like VLC Media Player?

I tried quik time and windows movie maker. I can see the videos on the p4p+ video editor screen, but it is just back on the videos. The videos do have a duration though.

Solved!!! I changed the video settings to MP4 from .MOV. I had to fire up the controller + and p4p, go to camera video settings.

Back in business. Hope this helps someone.
