Video lag problem

Hi I have a p3 standard drone , I flew it up till now with my iPhone , no issues , but recently I bought me a system to hook a iPad unto my controller , now I fly it with my iPad but my video has a lot of lag , what could me my problem , or isn't the p3 standard made for bigger screens then a smart phone ?? Seeing it comes from factory with only a smart phone holder , help would be greatly appreciated , thanks

Hi Matt you may have solved the problem by now but I'm new here, my ipad 2 with GPS built in was also lagging, so I tried it with an ipad 2 with no built in GPS and no problem at all

Yes , thanks , I haven't tried that but that's what I thought my problem is , because on my iPhone 6 it works perfectly , thanks
