Video: Gimbal won't stop shaking

Hey all,

I'm at a loss. I can't figure out why my gimbal is constantly shaking and seemingly trying to calibrate. I've upgraded all firmware and calibrated everything. The video footage is totally unusable. This is what it's doing:

Note - I did have the front white dampener out, but I've fixed that and the issue is unchanged.

Any thoughts?? The Gimbal is getting really hot while it's doing this.

Is this a new H3-3D our has it worked properly for you before?

Also, does your P2 have the large round hole in the bottom for the top gimbal motor to fit through?

Yes, I just bought it from B&H, it did seem to be working before. I've only flown it twice, this would have been the third time and when I turned it on the gimbal wouldn't stop shaking like this. Any thoughts?

It was a defective gimbal, sent back and got a new one.. all is well.
