Video footage is laggy like crazy

Art time I connected my phantom 3 standard to my pc to look at the video footage I realized it was extremely laggy I tried clearing the video cache to see if that had anything to do with it but the problem still persists l. Also i cleared the 3rd card too but that does not work either. Could someone help me fix this problem thank you

I had the same problem using Litchi. It was playing back in .mov mofe so i changed it in the Litchi camera settings to MP4 and that seems to have fixed the problem.
