Video file won't open

Hello All,

Back in July I had an issue with one of my video files out of my P2V+. It would not open. As it turned out, I must have powered down the Phantom before I hit the stop recording button. The result was that particular file was there but I could not get it to open.

I put the question out on the forum to seek advice. One very nice man offered to fix it for me. He said there is software that will do that but he said to send it to him and he would repair and send back. I did and he did. Very nice and I really appreciated it.

I now have the same issue and cannot remember the members name, handle or contact information. Hopefully he will see this or someone else who knows him.

Thanks much. Actually, a previous post (suggestion) to my issue was that I simply put the sd card back in and shoot another file and shut down correctly. I did that and guess what! The bad file is now a good file. But I will use the P2V+ forum from now on.
