P4 Firmware Very Frustrated

Received my new phantom 4pro today and it said I needed a firmware update. So I did that went to 99% and just stopped . Got in the forum and they said that was common so disconnect and reboot. I did then it said it couldn't connect. It all worked except video . Re linked the rc still same problem. Shows the aircraft firmware as unknown. Help !!!!!

Problem solved, had to upgrade rc also.

I think your problem was that you kept RC on while upgrading AC.

Thank you. I didn't know you were supposed to turn off the rc. Lesson learned.
