I have just downloaded an app from the playstore called Ulysse Gizmos and I think that others might find ituseful. It is a compass, shows number of satellites in view and also magnetic field strength in your location. It is a free download.

That could be handy for narrowing down interference, but don't forget that just because your phone is getting good signals, that doesn't mean anything about your Phantom(2)'s connection.

I was thinking about it mainly for doing magnetic interference before doing a compass calibration.I live in the central belt of Scotland and never seem to get any less than 10 to 12 satellites when I connect(seen thru my fatshark goggles with iosd).

Prob worth mentioning it's android only :)
