USB conection

Hi it's me again in the manual it states usb socket on the controller at the bottom am i missing something because it is not there on my new controller? how do i do configuration with the software on the PC?

All help appreciated I am a newbie

The Usb connection on many of the transmitters for the 5.8 mhz versions is in the inside of the case you have to take the case back off and it's on the lower board and it's upside down if you search through the post here you can find a picture of the port i don't think there is an update at this time for the 5.8 transmitter.

also keep in mind that the nazam assistant software also refers to the "controller" BUT they are meaning the controller in the phantom not the transmitter.
