Upgraded from P1 to a P 2. Iosd problems

Hello all I've been away from this forum for ages and the good news is I'm back.
Recently I upgraded from P1 to a P 2 and I thought with the phantom 2 it would display the battery percentage over the Iosd. I checked the Iosd firmware and it says 1.02 so I tried to update it to 1.06 but the Iosd assistant(4.1) won't load the update. Any solutions before I spend on a new Iosd?

download the firmware again. Use chrome if you are using IE and IE if you are using chrome. Sometimes the browser can cache a corrupt zip/file.

the iOSD mini manual is 1.06 and the software v4.0 which hasn't been update since Dec 31,2013.
