"Updating (99%)" ... 99% ... 99% ... 99% ... 99%

So I just got the new Phantom 4, plugged in my iPad pro, started it all up and it directed me to an update for the controller. It's been at the 99% mark for close to half an hour and no change. How long is this process supposed to take??
My iPad is fairly new - I got it mid April (2016). It has the latest IOS, so .... ???

Firmware updates usually don't take more than 15 minutes to install.

FYI, you need to update the firmware on your Phantom before installing the remote controller firmware from DJI GO. If needed, you can find detailed firmware installation instructions here.

Thanks, msinger. I just finally disconnected everything, shut it all off and restarted it all, and everything worked fine.
