Purchased P3A a couple weeks ago flown three times no problems and decided today to do all the firmware updates
Started with fresh copy of latest DJI GO app on iPad mini 1st gen,
Then updated to v1.4.3 on the RC from v1.2.6 via the DJI GO app over wifi internet connection no problem,
Then updated the aircraft to v1.4 from v1.2.6 via a freshly low formatted micro SD card with the unzipped .BIN file loaded from my PC into the root directory and then inserted in the camera SD slot.
Followed DJI v1.4 update manual (slightly confusing steps at first read through) available on their downloads webpage.
Fired everything up including motors (no props), had to re-set all personal settings as they revert to default on update, releveled the horizon on gimbal. Everything looks like it should but have yet to fly - way too windy today and looks like no fly till tomorrow PM to test fly.
should i calibrate anything other than the compass dance before i fly ....
