Update fixes old batteries!

I have seen this posted in a few places but it seems like there would be more talk about this. For me this was a HUGE fix.

I had 3 batteries that were only very slightly puffy that would autoland or give warnings at 70 - 50%.

Since updating to 3.08 and updating my batteries from v2.0 to v2.6 all three will fly safely down to below 15% before autolanding.

It appears that the warning level voltage has been reduced or something. Before the updates, when the voltage would dip to 10.7 volts it would trigger red warning leds, (that if I remember, would not go away)

Now, when the voltage dips all the way down to 10.5 the warning leds are triggered but go back off if the voltage climbs back up past 10.7 and stay off.

This means that all of our batteries will have a longer life. Huge.
 
Lets hope so; if you look in the software, where you used to be able to set it yourself then they locked it - is now completely blank

I hadn't noticed that. But the best part is that I am no longer even getting the red warning LEDs until the % is down to 20%. It used to be 70 - 50%
