Unlock didn’t work

Okay so I know when I fly within 5 miles of Reading airport, I sometimes have problems with DJI Locking me out even though I get ATC permission to fly. So I usually go online and apply for an unlock code and that rectifies the problem.

Today, I got LAANC permission to 400’, applied for DJI UNKOCK code and still the drone wouldn’t go past 197’. Ruined my high altitude shot. What gives?

I realize today there was a TFR starting at 1330 hrs, I flew at 1200 hrs????

mad you can see I got the codes and sent to RC and aircraft. I have done this numerous times even in restricted airspace where I had to get manual ATC PERMISSION. Never had a problem before... what am I missing?

Oh I have a phantom 4 pro + so I have no cell service and apply to unlock before I go. I’ve never had an issue before going the whole 400’ even when flying in restricted to ground level. I’ve had to get manual ATC PERMISSION in the past and the drone flies with the unlock??? I’m stumped here. Attached is some manual ATC authorizations I’ve received and the drone flew when I used the dji unlock code.

The last pic in first post shows can not take off, but that was when TFR went into affect. The one I’m talking about just scrolled “limited to 197 feet “. I didn’t get a pic of that. So even with unlock it limited me to 197’. I got the unlock from DJI so that wouldn’t happen but it still did?
