unbalanced gimbal

my gimbal that is similar as this one

used to be balanced and worked fine for a couple months, now it's unbalanced, the left side (opposite of the motor) is little higher then the side of the motor,so is not horizontal, the video is little diagonal, any idea how to balance the roll?

To align the gimbal should you connect the second cable from the gimpal to naza.
With naza assistant software will be able to do the alignment

I have the same gimbal, and it was a little of like yours. I had to correct it in the software. I think the software is called simpleBGC GUI v2.2 b2

I made shure the gimbal was level, and did a calibration in the software.

I can't tell if it is the same gimbal, but I have one that looks very similar. Mine has a "reset" button on the control board that I can press and it stops leveling the gimbal for a few seconds and I can then reposition the camera to a level orientation. After a few seconds the gimbal starts working again to maintain the new "level" position.

Just something else to try if the software adjustments don't work for you.
