Unable to Upgrade RC from 1.1.8

Got the latest update onto the P3P and the Go App but i am stuck on manually trying to update the RC.
Have used the P3P cable method, loaded on thumb drive, put the Micro SD in a USB reader and nothing. Yes i have waited up to 5 minutes for it to start.
Anything i am missing?

Thank you for the assistance I managed to get the RC to update with a thumb drive. Might get chance to test fly it today.

Mine also would not take 1.3.2 when done from a stick with the bin file in it. Absolutely nothing happened. No result file or log file either. I took the tablet cable and hooked it up directly to the phantom camera micro USB port. Turned on the phantom then the radio and it went in. After that firmware was in the radio did the later updates through the app by itself. After a restart of everything of course.
