OK, so now the lake district has heritage status. How long before flying your drone in the area will be outlawed?

It will be so busy there soon, there'll be no room to stand up and fly a drone.
Snowdonia is catching up quickly!

I feel for you. I live in West Virginia. I have it good. Mainly undeveloped and few people. I was at a waterfall area that had about 10 people there. I sat on a bench with my daughter in such peace, I think about if we ever get discovered how miserable it would be. It is all free for the taking with little rules now.

I envy you (in the nicest possible way)! I live in North Wales and am conditioned to pay and display car parks,
waterfalls with turnstiles and so on.
Mustn't grumble though, it's a small country with a lot of people and beautiful places. There are still a few relatively undiscovered gems.
