I recently started my own business here in NH and it has just exploded. That being said, I've lost a few customers who contacted me stating that use of a drone for commercial use is against the law. Currently it is not.
Here is a response I posted for my clients and any prospective clients in the hope that they too will see this for what it is - the FAA throwing its weight around with no cause and for nothing more than preventing us from thriving in this new industry.
I am all for regulations that foster safe use and protect the privacy of innocent citizens, and agree it needs to be put in place sooner rather than later.
