I looked through all the subjects and didn't see an existing thread on this... didn't want to be the idiot that creates a duplicate so I hope I'm not. Not sure the type of UAS: there's probably better info somewhere else but this is where I saw it:

Another reason to spread the word to be responsible pilots! Flying at 2300 feet near an airport certainly doesn't qualify!

Airline pilot described it as camouflaged F-4 Phanton style r/c "drone" plane, ugh... not quadcopter. Up at 2300 feet!

Type doesn't really matter. There are YouTube videos showing people taking a Phantom over 2000 feet.

At least this article has the clarification that it was NOT a quad, unlike NBC who put a huge picture of a Phantom at the bottom of their edited version of this Reuters coverage.
