This is just a little video of what happened here in Australia a while ago with a p4. The man responsible for this is facing fines of up to AU $9000. Thats one expensive sausage. Enjoy

Lucky for him he was apparently pinged $900 in the end.

And apparently he was also fined by the local council as his fence did not meet the standard required to enclose a pool.
The "drop zone", the side facing the pool, must be clear of rails and other "climb down" aids. In this case it should be the palings side of the fence.
