Turn off record to iPad

Apologies if the answer is an obvious one but Search as I may I can't find the answer to my convoluted question. What in the Pilot app controls whether you record to your tablet or not? I guess another way of asking it is; How do I record only to my SD card? Thanks in advance.

The round red record button in the app

on the right had side of the device or the top left button on the RC controller will start the recording on the SD card. Push to start and pus to stop

Many thanks for getting back to me. Sorry, I don't think I was very clear. It was my understanding that video can be recorded onto your tablet as well as the SD card? If so i'm trying to figure out how to keep it from recording on the tablet. Thanks again!
