Hi everybody

I just bougt a Phantom 2 Vision and I am very happy:)
Its my first, so I completely new in this world, so my question might be a bit novice.

I am having some trouble connecting my Phantom to the Assistent software on my computer.

When I connect the Phantom to the PC via micro usb, I can hear 'the flash drive connecting-sound', but I can’t see it in the Windows Pathfinder or in the Asistant Software.

I have tried installing both the 2.0 and the 3.0 software. I have update the firmware.

Can anybody recognize this problem and maybe help me?

Thanks!

Morten

You'll need to ALSO download the " DRIVER "
This allows communication between
Phantom, and PC!

Take care, Fly Safe!

I also have trouble connecting. "USB device not recognized"

Also tried every USB port and all my other USB cables will not fit the drone, the Phantom FC 40.

I just returned an FC 40 after having no connection at all to my PC. I was going to open the shell and look for a bad connection but the screws were so cheap one started to strip. I thought that this was a signal of a lot of trouble to follow so I boxed it up and sent it back. This is my last DJI product since quality control must be a big fat zero.
