Hi.

Have any on you tried to travel to Turkey with a drone? Is it possible?
Do you have it as handlugagge?
What about The lipo batteries?

Regards Nicolai

That should not be an issue. I have traveled there few times since last summer and I was given more grief leaving Chicago with P2 than arriving to Turkey.

Okay cool, dis you have everything in handlugagge (drone and lipo's) ?

I travelled to Turkey, first Istanbul and then Kayseri airport with the drone as checked baggage and 4 batteries as carry on. The batteries tend to draw attention at some security checkpoints but they always pass. I flew just once in Istanbul (before learning about the recent terrorist attacks and terrorist arrests, after which I decided not to fly any more there out of precaution, lest the drone draw unwanted attention as a potential terrorist device), and then flew many times in the region of Cappadocia, no trouble there.
