Travel with? Or leave behind?

Hello
Question for you guys. Im going to puerto rico next week we will be on the island for 5 days and on a carnival cruise that leaves from there for another week. Anyways my question is... Is it worth the hassle of bringing it since I am also carrying other heavy camera equipment. It just seems like a lot of stuff to try and carry around. Plus will this make me a target for people looking to steal?

Hope you know that PR's sales tax of 11.5% went into effect July 1st.

You'd have to ask Carnival Cruise what their restrictions are on P2s. Also find out PRs restrictions are.
