transmitter problems

before we start, dont know if ive put this post in right place, got a phantom 3 pro and transmitter will not bind to model or connect to app,tried all the things on forum and utube,ive have another phantom 3 pro and trans mitter and that one flys great, thought it might be usb problem so i took card out of one that works to try it in other but cards are not the same, can any body help

So try holding down the little button on the underside of the drone, then power it on. Next power on the controller. They should pair.
