Touch the sky

Hi there. That is a very good video indeed. I recently did a post on 'tips for improving your films'. Your video demonstrates many of the things I was explaining. Would you mind if I placed a link to your video within that thread, obviously crediting your work. I think it will really help people.

Regards Shrimpy.

Thank you. I have also added your link to the end of the tips, crediting your work. I hope to add more links to those videos that rise above the masses over time.

I think your video is one of the best I have seen so far for exploiting the use of shadow and sunlight. I am not sure the high level 360 pans work that well but it may be a limitation of youtube and look better in the original file. I love the way you have cut it to the music, used yourself as a subject, the little girl running is a gem, the high level straight down views and the climbs all work so well. Also the shot of the furrows in the fields creating an hypnotic pattern as they rush past. But boy those sun reflections are well worth looking out for. Bands of gold in an otherwise gloomy landscape :D

Thanks for posting.

What are you using for your Tx/Rex units and the LCD screen? It's small and looks awesome!

The screen is from http://dronespecialist.nl/telemetry...o-recorder-with-5-monitor-and-5-8ghz-receiver with a Hoodman and on the Phantom is a Fatshark: http://dronespecialist.nl/telemetry...mw-5-8-ghz-transmitter-v2-fatshark-compatible.

That LCD is awesome. It has a built in Rx, correct? So all you need are those two items and you're done!

Correct, and the battery is built-in! I see it's on eBay too: http://www.ebay.nl/sch/i.html?_odkw...2045573.m570.l1313&_nkw=DVR5008W+LCD&_sacat=0
