They need to have a newbie section in the forums only because I notice when you go to the help section you get a lot of people being more as if in their answers and telling them to go google it with out understanding that most are newbies in the help section looking for answers for the ones that have them not a answer in a condescension way because you have more experience. Don't get me wrong we want those with the experience to help but not in a smart *** way just simple answers and pasts experiences..

Or make a chatroom-type support area, which content does not get archived for long periods of time like regular forums.
Normal forums try to reduce repetitions in their posts by using good moderation, administration, stickies, FAQ, wikis and so on. If you open the forum up without any content control, it just becomes a threaded chatroom.
