Tilt only travels 45 degr?

Isnt it suppose to travel 90 degr?
My camera is only traveling from straight forward (horisontal) and down 45 degr, not straight down.
I cant adjust it in software...

Suggestions?

You can calibrate it in assistant software - Basic -Rc - then you calibrate X1

I had the same problem.....camera would lack about 30 deg going straight down.
Went through the RC & PH2 calib (calibrating X1) with no changes.
Under PH2 assistant:
-Advanced....Gimbal......Horiz and Vert set to 0 (my horiz was at -30 is why it wouldn't go straight down)
Also lowered gain from 50 to 10 for smoother tilting.

Got a similar problem that I seem to be able to fix by going through the calibration process . I get everything working fine...cycle the power disconnect from the PC turn everything off and on again to check.... An hour or so later maybe less the gimble seems to have forgotten what it learned through the calibration process and I have to start again. This has only happened since the latest upgrade. I'm wondering if there is a battery somewhere (like a CMOS in a PC ) that is failing. Should add that it is a p2 with zenmuse 3d gimble
