Same here, I managed to test the firmware I updated about ten days ago today - it was too windy though so only a brief flight in a sheltered spot (no vibration!)
It did get properly light for about an hour - then showers again.
The worst thing is the very short days so you can't do anything before 9am and after 4pm at latest

I've seen it on the news this week, I'm with you. It's the same here in Sweden, not so much rain here up north where I lives, but crazy wind all the time.
But it's been so all this year, not much of a summer either.
