A visit out to the local Lake Burrumbeet with some good calm weather on Thursday. I was rewarded with a glassy, smooth surface of the lake.....and a pod of 134 pelicans! They didn't seem to notice me flying around near them so I was able to get in quite close. I've been after a close-up of the pelicans like this for a while, so was happy they obliged!
