Hello All,

bought my 3DPOWER Plug-N Play Brushless Gimbal Mount V3 for FPV DJI Phantom 2 Vision and used a few times.. havent flown in in a few months.

did a calibration, 6 point calibraton but it seems taht when it counteracts, one side seems to stick.

at first i thought my settings were screwey.. so I reset the gimbal to factory settings ( theres a file somewhere that had it) no dice.

then saw this.. one side was touching the housing.

took apart the gimball.. has the heat warped its housing? thinking of shaving a bit on the inside where its touching.

any help/advice is much appreciated. Absolutely love this gimbal.

Ahh figured it out.. unscrewed it and adjstuted it :) works fine..

now to fine tune the settings :)

Heat does warp them. I left mine in the boot of the car over summer and everything warped. Had to get out a hot air gun and straighten all the parts :(
