Tablet holder screw

P3p and a iPad Air 2.
I've had for about 3 weeks. Was noticing the tablet holder was getting a little loose today. Went and grabbed a screw driver got less then a 1/4 turn when all of a sudden it felt like I had stripped the threads. So I pulled the screw out, pulled the holder off of the bracket, even pulled the nut out. Screwed the nut and screw back together and everything is fine and tight. Issue is it's like the screw is just a fraction to short and I was just catching the ends of the threads, and now i can't even get the screw to thread back in with it all back together.
Anybody else run into this issue?
Any advice?

That tablet mount is always going to wobble since the bracket is made of plastic. You can fix both issues by installing the Inspire 1 tablet mount.
