Super Long delay on ipod from camera?

Hi Guys,

Finally got my replacement in yeaterday, and after all the updates and getting it ready, I took my first flight.

All seems to work well except the super long delay I see from the camera to ipod, almost like 30 sec delay. I did not update the app, read on here I ink everyone saying not to? Should I go ahead and update that? Btw I have iPod touch 4th gen.

Try the lowest Preview Quality in the DJI Vision App settings (320x240 15 fps). Or get a faster iPod, iPhone, or iPad - the problem seems to be too slow a CPU. Others have reported similar delays with iPhone 4, which I believe is the same as your iPod Touch 4G.

..and the iOS app has now been patched, so if you're not on the latest version you'll be ok to update now. Took them 3 days or so, but they fixed the screen font issues and re-released.
