Since the P3P camera has a 94° FOV, I simply take 3 photos, about 30° degrees offset from the previous one. ( CLICK, turn right about 30°, CLICK, turn right another 30°, CLICK )
I then stitch these together in Photoshop. I use a neutral density filter to get the exposure correct and ALWAYS shoot at ISO 100. Also remember to shoot in RAW mode for maximum detail and latitude when post processing.
If you don't have PS, then try either PTGui Pro, Hugin, Kolor AutoPanoPro or Canon's Photostitch.
