Sunlight prop flicker

I'm shooting on GoPro 3 Black at 1080 50fps, but when ever the phantom is facing the sun, I get light flicker from the sun.
Does anyone know if I change FPS or quality, if you can avoid that? Or is it just unavoidable. Just film away from the sun?
