Recommended sun hood for I pad mini 4.. That's 7.9" correct?
I've used the Velcro type & wonder how the strap side type are.
Thank you.

Jeez, my solution isn't elegant, sort of a "redneck repair", but it's virtually free. I attached a folded piece of cardstock to my screen with clear packaging tape, and it's perfect. If you don't care how it looks, and I don't, it works. Check the photo: mine's a little crooked in this shot, but it's easily adjusted and straightened.

Ha, I tried that by cutting a ceral box and ataching with rubber bands, but it kept coming off. Just like the idea of the hood to keep all light out. Old eyes need that....

Yeah, my 70-year old peepers need help as well. The packing tape works well for me, better than rubber bands.

I rigged a hood with tape, but had to transport separately and didn't like tape on my tablet. My have to try again.

I have just bought the strap type and recommend it for the iPad mini4. I find the mini4 ideal in the bright Aussie sun and for overall app usage for my P4P. Cheers.
