Sudden grinding after tilt adjustment

Hi members!
As luck would have it , I need my machine to operate efficiently for tomorrows shoot but I think I'm in trouble ...HELP PLEASE!!!!
I made my first tilt adjustment through the software but got horrid results after rebooting the craft! Any clues??? is it broken?
