Strange effect when i'm trying to upgrade to the latest firmware (09/07)

I was upgrading my P3ADV with the Phantom 3 Advanced Firmware v1.4.0010
All was working as usual. i heard the da da da da.
After my Inspire 1 finished his upgrade to the latest firmware i should hear the daaaaaa da da telling me that the upgrade was done with success.
But instead i heard a uninterupted daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

i stopped the upgrade 5 minutes later.
and saw a failed error in the txt file on the micro SD card. also telling me to power cycle and restart the upgrade. after 3 times having the same unintereupted daaaaaaaaaaaaaa. He did not give me any sound anymore.
I checked the txt files and saw:

Result: Success.

i'm realy not shure what happened and if the upgrade was fully done or not ...

Anmy one have an idea

Same thing for me.. Mine says its up to date but I haven't checked to see if it worked.

nope after 30 min it stayed red. and still that shrieking sound

A couple things...
You say you did a P3A successfully? And the one that is failing is an Inspire 1? Posting in the P3 forum?

Finally... Have a look at the log you posted, specifially: "Packet: P3S_FW_V01.04.0010.bin" I believe P3S indicates that this file is for a P3 Standard....

What device are you upgrading and have you verified that you are using the correct file?
