Hey guys. Just got a Phantom 2 with Zenmuse H3-2D and want to set up FPV also. I was looking into the Storm FPV systems from Helipal. Looking at either the "Easy" http://www.helipal.com/storm-all-in-one ... -easy.html or "Deluxe" http://www.helipal.com/stock-clearance-sale.html models. My question is regarding the soldering that I'll have to do. It looks like the only soldering that I'll have to do is for the power to the transmitter, right?

Hmmmm. I cannot answer your question but I'm putting that item on my things to look at. I've been very curious about setting up an FPV system on mine.
I just got my Storm FPV Easy today. Waiting on my P2 to come in now. I will be facing the same question once I begin the install. Does a batt need to be ordered or will the transmitter power be hardwired to the phantom? I just want to make sure I have all the parts I need.
I'm looking at getting the Deluxe myself since it seems to have all the power requirements simplified...less wires hanging out. It's considerably more expensive but in the long wrong, it's a better screen. You don't want to have to go back and upgrade later.
