Storing battery

Hi guys it's been a while since I was last out flying. I ran 2 batteries down to around 30%. Just checked on them the other day and both of them when I press the button just have the 1 bar light up. I'm going on holiday soon so probably won't get to fly for another 3 weeks or so. Should I put some more charge in them to stop them going completely flat say around 50%. Or am I OK just to leave them as they are. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
