It was going well, but then they stopped climbing and we never saw them again. Why not? Was a rung above broken? Did the man climbing first pass wind (“gas” in US English?) causing a halt, followed by a descent and punch up?

Hahaa now I for sure would've filmed that

It was an impromptu shoot as I was at a before/after shoot at a garage/driveway situated next to the base of the chimney. I could only get permission from the landowner and the steeplejacks onsite at such short notice and so agreed with them to only monitor them initially climbing the ladder.
