Stage 2 install instructions

I recently received my stage 2 kit and have struggled trying to get the correct info from a 40min 1.2gb youtube that was referenced. Some of us on slow satellite isp's have issues with enough speed to view just portions of a movie length clip not to mention the bandwidth nazi's. Anyone have a link to a document or video that just deals with what we need to know to install stage 2? Anything that includes detail on how to avoid the most common gotcha's as shown on posts here would be even better.

Please understand that removing the silicon over the connector is very difficult as the connector on the board is VERY fragile, a razor blade is almost to bulky to use, a used a very small surgical scalpel
