Hi,

Just completed a 24 minute ' Point of Interest ' flight and when I landed my Phantom 4 and wanted to download some photographs to my iPhone, I get this on my screen:

Permission Denied

Allow DJI Go to access your photos
and videos in iOS Settings

Someone out there give me a hand with this?

and videos in iOS Settings

Did you do that?

If not, go to "Settings" --> tap "DJI GO 4" (scroll down until you find it) --> tap "Photos" --> tap "Read and Write".

iPad is very sensitive about security and therefore needs your permission in the setting before it can read/ write any info on your iPad.
