(SOLVED) P3 connects to one tablet but not another ??

I've had to replace my backup P3 Advanced and can't get it to connect to the app on my main tablet but it connects to my backup tablet easily.
The tablet works, the Phantom works. Just not together.
What trick am I missing?

The backup tablet works with both Phantoms.
My main tablet works with Phantom 1 but not Phantom 2. It also worked perfectly with the previous backup Phantom.
Phantom 2 connects to the R/C (camera responds to joysticks) but the app never connects.
I've tried pulling the cable and reconnecting but it never brings up the Go app and when I start the app it just won't connect.

Problem solved.
The "new" controller was back at firmware 1.1.8.
Updated it to 1.3.2 and now both Phantoms work with both tablets.
