I plugged my phantom into the assistant softwere and now the 2 fronts are solid red, why, please help

Two red LED's indicate the front of the craft and should be during flight. When you calibrate the compass and obtain 6 or more satellites the two on the back LED's will flash a slow green indicating one you have home lock and ready for takeoff.
Solid red lights sorted. One wire had been tugged out of the 5 pin ribbon cable leading to the compass. The fault was at the Top Lid end. Where sticky foam patch had pulled the connection slightly. Pushed into place with tiny tweezers and checked continuity with meter. All well with short flight test..
